Cover the pan tightly with foil and place in the oven. 7. Roast for approximately 15–18 minutes per pound, basting every 45 minutes with pan juices. 8. Remove the foil during the last 30 minutes of cooking. 9. Brush the remaining glaze over the ham and continue roasting until deeply caramelized. 10. Mix melted butter into the pan juices and spoon over the ham. 11. Cook until the internal temperature reaches 140°F (60°C). 12. Remove from the oven and let the ham rest for 15–20 minutes. 13. Transfer to a serving platter and drizzle with the remaining glaze from the pan. 14. Slice against the grain into thin pieces. 15. Serve warm with your favorite holiday side dishes.
