the immigration judge granted my adjustment of status while I was under ICE custody. they had 30 days to appeal, 30 days are up and I'm released the next day on a Saturday. Monday morning I'm told DHS appealed the judges decision. now I have to fight this appeal outside. and I have a ICE appointment soon for the ankle monitor 😮💨
