So honestly I would say no egg whites peanut butter or strawberries till 12mo too much on their system n you could end up Giving them an allergy

We saw an allergist and he said to introduce all allergens before 8 months old, one at a time, early in the day so you can watch for a reaction as reactions can be hours later, and 3-4 exposures before considering it “safe”. The earlier you introduce the better chance of them outgrowing the allergy.

I wouldn’t do peanut and almond at the same time! Not sure if that’s what you meant by the puffs. If she has a reaction you want to know from which one specifically -a mama with a peanut allergy baby

We got it over with at like four months lol I don’t think that’s necessarily recommended by the Weston A Price foundation which is what I follow a bit for feeding my baby. Honestly, it should be fine but just so you know they can have a reaction that second or third time so if there is reaction, you’re not traumatized

My pediatrician recently told me that usually allergies don’t cause anaphylactic shock from the first time… usually just a mild rash! Hope this eases your mind a bit

Often times if they have a reaction it’s not on the first try. Also I’d introduce one nut at a time so you can narrow down which nut is the allergen. You are an awesome mom!

My girls a week older, we did peanut butter at 5 months she did fine! Just make sure you keep offering it so it’s a fair test, pediatrician said offer 4x a week
