@taryneliseee: mediterranean beef pinwheel kebabs 🤤 been loving the @Lady Bird Soda pomelo soda lately 🫶 found it at H-E-B and it’s actually made here in Austin! recipe: 1 lb 85/15 ground beef 1 small yellow onion 3 garlic cloves handful parsley onion powder garlic powder oregano smoked paprika cumin cayenne salt + pepper tortillas blend onion, garlic, and parsley together. mix with beef + seasonings. spread beef mixture onto tortillas, roll up, slice into pinwheels, then skewer. add to a sheet pan with cherry tomatoes, drizzle with olive oil, then bake at 400 for 25–27 mins. broil at the end for crispy edges 🤌 sauce: 3/4 cup greek yogurt 1/3 cup feta 1 tbsp tahini juice of 1/2 lemon 1 garlic clove 1 tbsp olive oil salt + pepper served with lemon herb rice + quick pickled onions 🫶 #fyp #explorepage✨ #recipes #DinnerIdeas #dinner
