Elite honestly. It’s giving 5 mins throwing everything in before work & 10 mins to assemble these up at night, YESSS PLEASE. Ingredients (Serves 4) • 3 Chicken fillets • 1 onion (I used frozen diced onion) • 2 peppers • Tin of chopped tomatoes • Old El Paso Fajita seasoning (tomato & red pepper) • Chicken stock cube • Garlic 2/3 cloves (I used lazy garlic) • Lime • Mini tortillas 👩🏼‍🍳 1. Pop everything into the slow cooker - chicken, onion, peppers, chopped tomatoes, fajita seasoning, chicken stock cube, 1/2 lime juiced & garlic - MIX. 2. Cook on high 3.5hrs or low 7hrs 3. Take out some of the sauce (if you want for dipping) 4. Shred up your chicken & mix 5. Assemble your quesadillas- dip tortilla in the sauce/filling, add to a pan. Add your filling & cheese (I used grated mozzarella) & fold! 6. Optional - but I brushed on some garlic butter (butter melted and then mix in some garlic & parsley) ..until the next girl dinner 👋🏼✨ #thegirldinnerdiaries #fakeaway #slowcooker #SlowCookerRecipes #quesadillas
