People fail to realize that it’s OKAY to want what Amy wants. Ricky changing (a little too late) & him saying he’s a great guy & doesn’t cheat etc… is the BARE MINIMUM. Her letting him go was the best thing she could’ve done for both of them.

She was right though, he was not IN love with her. The selfish part of this is that she acknowledged he did the best thing for them possible, but it wasn’t enough for her. Tough ending to watch as a child myself but as an adult, with a fiance whom I share a child with, I get it.

Omg the older I got to actually realize what Amy was actually saying 😭 she wanted someone to actually love her for her and not obligated because they have a child together. Even though he changed his ways doesn’t mean it was for her but for their child to have a better household. He loved her because she was the mother of their kid.
