why does my car shake, it does this sometimes when hit i 20miles and then stops and it will do it off and on as it changes gears. some days it runs great without the shaking amd most days it does the shaking thing.

I took my car in to the mechanic cause all of a sudden it was acting like I wanted to die, but no lights on so I just told him just to change my spark plugs and when I picked up my car, he changed my spark plugs and he said he cleaned my TPS maybe that was the problem😁
