My car only idles rough when it’s in drive e.g I stop at the lights etc. When I put it to neutral it idles smooth again. I put it back to drive the rough idle comes back. Only when car is stationary. It’s a Toyota. And before people say ‘spark plugs’ no it’s not that I already changed that. Any help

Your "gas" pedal literally controls the AIR flow. It's an air pedal.
