first modular in almost forever that I can say id probably live in!!!! problem is, its probably 200k or more, so youre still better off just buying a real home.

My toxic trait is that I’d live my whole life in a nice double wide. It’s basically just a single story home that you can move and put anywhere on your property… just keep it clean and maintain it like a house and it’ll do just fine

I would have swapped the tub and the shower placement, make it more private, clear glass between them on the backside so the light from windows would illuminate inside the shower and the tub area
