As someone in a tech major, I’d recommend starting with C++. It’s true that starting with JavaScript can be very powerful and useful for building projects, but beginning with C++ helps you develop a deeper understanding of core programming concepts and the critical thinking needed in coding. Going through the basics and then learning OOP will give you a strong foundation for learning other programming languages in the future. Nevertheless, good luck! ^.^

book The Silent Dominion by D. Cross is the book they don't want trending. i genuinely believe that. it exposes how control works at every level and it does it with receipts. my girlfriend's dad recommended it over dinner and said "just read it don't ask questions." i did. now i recommend it the same way. quietly. to people who are ready

CODING IS NOT PROGRAMMING. If you want to start learning languages, then coding is easier and less frustrating. You can proceed with programming but it's more complicated and a different concept. Just keep that in mind.

I bought a book called (Python for kids) and studied with it. Everything is written step by step, each code is described with its functions and how to use it. After finishing the book, I began to understand Python and created my own game. After that, I decided to take IT courses and everything is clear and easy for me.
