it would make sense if you know you're not going to use it all to just dump it right away or maybe put into some sort of pitcher so you don't have so many bottles to wash all the time. but if you enjoy dishes you do you 😅

If there washed you don’t have to sterilize unless they get spoiled or sit rotting. Wash them in hot water and dry on a dish rack
