I think the video is talking in universe, Buzz is the only one still getting merchandise everywhere, in Toy Story 5 there's tech Buzz Lightyears and in Toy Story Lost in Time, Bonnie has a spaceship backpack

The perfect ending of Toy Story 3 was ruined in Toy Story 4 imo. The writers squashed Woodys importance to Bonnie even after Andy struggled to give him away at that moment. Bad writing just for plot purposes . Buzz was always about staying together but respected Woodys decision to leave . Even in Toy Story 2 buzz risked his life to save woody and keep everyone together . Buzz is a better character but they’re both great. Just my opinion
