This was me SO BAD with my first pregnancy. They told me basically when I was standing up, she was hiding back by my spine but when I laid down she didn’t have anywhere to go but up.

That looks like a normal 20wk uterus should be at the umbilicus or very close to it. When you stand your core muscles are holding baby in closer to your spine. Or baby is tucked in the pelvis when standing. But looks very normal. My belly always gets huge but when I lay down hips up the uterus is very defined .. I just have a weak core from 9 full term babies

It’s very normal. It’s also normal for your uterus to grow faster than your fetus so that’s what you’re looking at right now you know the uterus has to stay ahead of the growth rate of your fetus.
