Only thing I’d say to change is to do more variations to isolate different parts of for example your back or chest to make sure you’re hitting each part of said muscle. Your upper back and upper chest are being very neglected with this workout which results in a much less full and rounded chest and back overall. Tricep dips also cause your shoulders and lower chest to activate which takes away from the stimulus of the triceps. If you did a tricep extension, a shoulder press, and a lower chest press (even tho you really don’t need to train the lower chest) each part would get a much better workout than just going dips to try and hit all 3 at once. So I would just switch to doing two sets til failure on isolated movements instead of doing 3 sets of a compound movement because while compound movement do work, they are simply just sub par in comparison to isolating the different parts of a muscle directly.
