Swap oil for unsalted butter and add one more egg than the package calls for and you will have the most incredible cake ever! I learned this tip from a bakery a few years back and I’ve never been the same!

If you’re questioning if your eggs are bad, you can drop them in water. If they float they’ve developed bad gasses indicating they’re bad. If they sink, that means no gasses indicating they’re perfectly fine!
