@sarascolourlab: No one really prepares you for this part. Being 24 and stepping into management… leading people older than you… having your first one-on-ones… It’s uncomfortable. It’s not natural at first. And it definitely doesn’t feel easy. But that doesn’t mean you’re not ready. It just means you’re in the growth phase. Confidence doesn’t come before leadership. It comes from doing it.
