Most of the time on my jobs when I ask for someone to Stumps grind they always leave something or don’t go deep enough. I end up having to dig and chainsaw the rest

Be careful under cutting like that. I like to grind a bit and build a ramp to reach the top, this works real well grinding blow overs and uprooted stumps.
