I’m a volunteer cuddler in the NICU since I’m too sick to be in school/nursing school right now. 5+ years and it’s my favorite thing in the entire world. I’d do anything for these babies, including stamping their little feet and then spending 4 hours meticulously placing dried flowers with tweezers to exactly match their footprint to make a Mother’s Day gift for their mama🙈 Mom cried, and I was proud lol. (I’m super close friends with this family now, hence not blurring the name)

As a former adult RN turned NICU RN I can attest that some of these freaked me out at first. However I recently had a friend tell me her HR was in the 130s and I was like "Wow! That's great!" and then I remembered that she is an adult and those numbers are high. 😂
