Where did you get the all on x? And how much fid you pay? My primary dentist say they have an implant specialist and wuoted me $45k per arch! So almost a $100k! Ugh! I live in Orange County, CA.

I do mouthwash first, then waterpik (with mouthwash added in the reservoir) so I can get all the debris out, then brush, tongue brush and scrape!
