Please, I had my wisdom tooth removed, no infection but got prescribed Clindamicina, I had a horrible reaction to Amoxicilin so I'm worried. I'm also diabetic. What do you recommend?

My 14 year old have always had cleaning and fluoride treatment done every 6 months. In November dentist said we aren’t doing it, once a year is enough. This week they said he has distal fissure and needs a filling. 😭
