The branded tegaderm or second skin (tattoo artists use) helps tremendously by the middle of the 2nd day. If the patch’s starts to peel, I start to pick, and it becomes a shame spiral of nonsense!

Been using the 0.05 estradiol patch, but because of the shortage the pharmacy gave me the 0.0375 instead. I didn’t realize they gave me the lower dosage and I’ve been on this patch for about a month now. I was wondering if anyone has tried using a patch and a half to make up the difference? Did it work okay for you?

I have a very long torso. I wear low rise, mid rise and high rise bottoms throughout the week. Where the heck do I place it. BTW…Placing on the upper booty does not absorb well for me.

My problem is that I’m a big girl and when I put it right above my butt it loses the adhesive affect within a day or two so I’m lost on where to put it so that it lasts the full week.
