Considering all the canonical material, the Gego dynamic is the most fitting and profound. Geto is there to grant Gojo something he can never experience as a person: equality, care, relief. The great Satoru Gojo could simply be Satoru with Suguru, be more carefree, and simply be himself, or even exist. The significance of relinquishing control to the most special person in his life, a character who has been dehumanized by his power, is so profound that I can't envision any other dynamic than Sugusato...it's beautiful.
