I grow Yukon Gold and they’re 100 day potatoes. When the flower forms, pinch them off. You want the energy to go to the potato and not the flower. Don’t harvest until all the foliage turns brown and crispy!

I love growing potato’s . I wait until they are pretty much looking dead. And mine always take longer than 2 months. When my flower I cut flowers off. I grow a counter every 10 days . 🥰

I’m a bit late but not giving up. Couldn’t get them in garden centers I was too late but ordered online. So I’m not giving up as soon as they arrive I’m planting out. New potatoes.
