I set up projects in Claude specifically so that it has context and whenever I create a new chat within that project and refer to something in a chat in that project it tells me “sorry, I can’t see your other chats.” Super frustrating because ChatGPT was great at this but way too sycophantic, but I already paid my subscription fee. Overall I love Claude but this really frustrates me

Claude does not remember every chat within a project. I created a project in which I create content. I started with a four-week content calendar. I had Claude extend the calendar another six weeks. That was over a week ago. Today, I wanted to create content for the coming week. Claude could only find the original four-week calendar. I went back through the chats and found the update and copied it into the new chat. Claude apologized for not seeing it when it looked. Claude is lazy sometimes. I also don’t like that projects are essentially silos. There have been many times when referencing another project would have been so helpful, but no, Claude can’t do that. Annoying.
