I looooove burger bowls! Have you thought about shredded lettuce and putting it in a baggie to add AFTER you heat up the meat and such?? Game changer for me. I eat this like 3 times a week LOL

I would put the lettuce and other cold veggies in a separate container than hot meat until they are ready to eat. Otherwise the hot temp of the meat will make the lettuce welt and tomatoes get soggy.
