I purchased a doona cover from kmart that had a faulty zip. They wouldn’t take it back because i lost the receipt stating their new policy regarding receipts. I tried telling them consumer law covers faulty products but they still wouldn’t budge. Thank goodness i used my flybuys and ended up finding the receipt in my kmart app or I would have lost money

Ghanda have emailed me advising something I purchased online isn’t in stock and they’re giving me a voucher…. Surely people aren’t accepting vouchers over refunds when they can’t fill the order 😳

What do you think for Apple, they said I couldn’t get a refund further back than 2 months for a subscription, but they were taking $40 a month for 2 years 😭

This is also the exact reason you don't need to pay for extended warranties. Companies just dupe people into thinking that its needed to be covered for longer
