@alexsfoodieadventures: Le Tao, Melbourne CBD LeTAO Melbourne is a cult-favourite Japanese dessert brand originally from Otaru in Hokkaido, Japan, best known for its “Double Fromage” cheesecake, which once you taste it, you’ll underatand. The brand first opened in 1998 and built a huge following across Japan for combining rich hokkaido dairy with an ultra-soft, melt-in-your-mouth texture. This was my second time visiting and I absolutely adore their cheesecakes. It’s a premium price but you won’t find a cheesecake like this in Melbourne. We tried their strawberry which was also phenomenal and their mochi cheesecake which I’m still dreaming about. Sylvie is decadent without being overly sweet, it’s perfectly balanced and if you love chocolate you’ll love this one!! Definitely one to save and to try at least once!!
