@motherhoodunfiltered3: I heard this quote the other day when I was doing my first session of postnatal yoga. It’s been almost 2.5 months since I had my third baby and I’m just now starting to take care of myself again. It’s easy to be hard on yourself when you go through these difficult seasons. Having a third baby, I thought we’d have our stuff together by now, make more money, be more successful, just be more. What I realized is that we are plenty for our kids. We’re not rich in money by any means, but we’re rich in other ways: family, health, community, love. So if you’re in this season too, don’t be too hard on yourself.
