I think it’s best to let it fall off on its own. When I had laser done for mine, that’s what they said to do. They said do not peel, just let it fall off on its own. I’m trying the compound w on my hands now.

This really does work. I had a bad one on my forehead that the derm wanted to freeze off. I read online about the liquid compound w and have it a shot. Used it less than a week and gone. Has not come back yet and it’s been months!

I use Tretinoin with Tranexamic acid & Azelaic acid by Naturim. The acids are pigment inhibitors because the spots will always come back, especially with sun exposure. Spf spf spf!

Make sure you cover it for a while. I removed one on my arm and after a week the brown started coming back. I was putting sunblock on it religiously but I went out to get my mail without it on in the morning and it came back overnight 😭.
