In a bowl, mix milk, sugar, salt, and pistachio paste until smooth. 2. Whip the cold liquid cream until it slightly thickens. 3. Gently fold the whipped cream into the pistachio mixture with a spatula. 4. Add half of the crushed pistachios and mix gently. 5. Pour into a tray and smooth the surface. 6. Freeze for 4 hours, stirring once halfway through for a creamy texture. 7.
