@audreyishome: Trying a new combo today- spicy sundried tomato ricotta toast♥️ Ingredients Naturel sundried tomatoes pesto 2tbsp extra virgin olive oil (basil flavoured) balsamic vinegar 1/2 tsp garlic 1 clove black pepper sourdough 1 to 2 slices ricotta 2tbsp chilli flakes 1. Pan fry olive oil, garlic and chilli flakes for 1–2 mins 2. Off the heat, add sundried tomato pesto, balsamic vinegar toss until glossy 3. Toast sourdough until warm 4. Spread ricotta cheese 5. Top with sundried tomato pesto
