I seriously don’t understand when men mock women who struggle with hijab when they say it’s a journey (whether they wear it or not, incorrectly or not). They will NEVER understand how hard it is to wear one unless they wear a thobe and topi everyday. Their beards aren’t ever coming close

If the Prophet Peace be upon Him walked in would he even recognise “hijab is a journey” women as apart of the Ummah

Also the people who say “if the prophet PBUH were to be alive today, would he recognize you as a part of his ummah” to Muslim women shaming them for not wearing the hijab but how would he recognize a Muslim man😭😭

fax and it's honestly so embarrassing how in today's ummah when a woman does not do what's mandatory she gets judged like crazy while we never know what a person goes through but when men go out doing stuff they not supposed to no one bats an eye like they do on women.
and that's something that needs to stop, to my Muslim sisters just focus on urself and YOUR relationship with God and may Allah SWT make it easy for us all. Ameen

Yes men would say the same exact thing and so would the prophet pbuh the hijab is not a journey its an obligation not something you decide to put on wrong just for the feeling of wearing it and i understand men say wear it right or dont wear it at all and thats wrong of them but still its obligatory for women and it is not a journey so you must wear it correctly and i understand its a struggle to wear it correctly because most women aren’t used to covering their hair like that but overall in islam the hijab is not a journey you should read surah an-nur (24:31)

May Allah bestow His Mercy on the early emigrant women. When Allah revealed: "... and to draw their veils all over their Juyubihinna (i.e., their bodies, faces, necks and bosoms)..." (V.24:31) they tore their Murat (woolen dresses or waist-binding clothes or aprons etc.) and covered their heads and faces with those torn Muruts." nobody needed to

so why are people pretending than everyone is perfect? Is it impossible for humans to be absolutely sin-less? If a woman is struggling with hijab, a person is struggling with prayer or anything other thing soo...do they become a kafir? Are we fr? You think calling others names makes you a better Muslim? Our Prophet pbuh was known for his kind attitude towards others he used soft language to preach.... And if someone calls their struggle a journey than why is that a problem? Like are we literally nitpicking words atp? Kim there's people in Palestine that are dying btw if everyone's such a Good Muslim than let's do jihad it's FARD on us btw atp. You know what's worst than being a kafir? Its Munafiq..
bye

It’s not about it not being a struggle, labeling ANY fardh act as a “journey” puts people in the mindset that it’s okay to be deficient in it, when it is not. Yes, Allah full well might pardon you for being deficient in salah or hijab or whatever else, but we do not know that for certain. If someone is deficient in hijab or in keeping the beard or any other wajib act, they ARE sinful, and it’s crucial that they recognize that fact so that they can work to stop that sin. By labeling your struggle as a “journey” you begin to think that it’s okay, and that you can take your time with it and do it in your own schedule, and that is not the appropriate mindset to have for any sin. Of course, I’m not gonna sit here and belittle or be rude to you for calling it a journey, but you need to recognize that these labels are dangerous for many people

There’s no punishment for not wearing it. If the Quran doesn’t say it, or any hadiths, then why are we believing scholars that bend the religion to fit their needs
