@cesare_shapable: Most people think they’re training hard. They’re not. They’re wasting energy before the real work even starts. This is the mistake 👇 People slowly climb weight after weight… doing half-effort sets the entire time. By the time they finally reach their working set? The nervous system is already fatigued. That means: 👉 Less output 👉 Less tension 👉 Less growth stimulus This is why feeder sets matter 👇 A feeder set is NOT a working set. Its job is to: • Prime the joints • Increase blood flow • Recruit muscle fibres • Wake up the nervous system Without creating unnecessary fatigue. Then when the real working set starts… Everything is ready. Maximum tension. Maximum force production. Maximum stimulus. And here’s the key 👇 If your working sets are truly hard enough… Performance should DROP after them. Less reps. Less output. Sometimes less weight. That’s fatigue accumulating in the muscle. That’s the signal for growth. If you can suddenly increase weight or reps after a “hard” set… It probably wasn’t hard enough. Train smarter. Not just longer.
