@justahumblecook: cooking at lytle creek villas airbnb part 1! The prep! to be frank, I very much dislike prepping at airbnbs. it takes time away from cooking, time away from friends, and cleaning up is terrible. so I always just prep 90% of everything at home. It also means I have to pack less for the trip! we only really had one full day at the airbnb, so we decided to do grilled pork belly over binchotan with all the ssam accoutrements, korean style, for lunch next to the actual creek. for dinner, we decided on pizza! :) #cooking #food
