For context. Eliud kipchoge. the king of marathon. who retired recently. Ran today in South Africa and came at number 16 !!! . That should tell you which number Kristian would be...he'd be lucky to get top 20. 1. His form is not for marathon! He must cut weight. Heavily. 2. His running economy is low...120km a week... Sebastian hit 300km a week..kiptum ran even more. 3. Vo2 is good but you need good running form. 4. Fuelling in marathon is lesser and lighter...in iron man it's more.
