I’m begging y’all to stop using the word « avoidant » to describe self absorbed narcissistic and abusive people. I have a fearful avoidant attachment style and I don’t talk like this to people. Being avoidant is not a personality trait. It’s an attachement style.

Just ignore the crumbs. Don’t block, just silence, unbothered. Texts are cheap. If someone really wants to reconnect they will DO things, in real life. Then it’s your choice to take them back or not. But texts? Nah I’m good, I learnt my lesson
