I'm a fearful avoidant. I long for love but I'm so afraid of getting hurt because it's happened so many times in my life, and I have trust issues. I'm aware of my attachment style, and for this reason I choose to stay single to heal for myself and my kids. It's incredibly hard, especially considering my last relationship, but it needs to be done. I refuse to put my pain onto someone else.

This was literally my life. Didn’t know at the time. Leaving was one of the hardest things I’ve ever done. But I continue to ride the roller coaster because we work together. Seeing and talking to him daily causes me to get pulled back emotionally and at the end of the day I’m sad again. 😔
