Isaiah 45:7 where it says that God creates evil comes from the KJV translation of the bible. There are better translations that translate it as calamity, disaster or judgement. Evil itself isn't a thing that can be created. Evil can simply come about by choice or intent by free creatures such as ourselves.

In Judaism, Satan is not an antagonist, but more like an agent who does the dirty work — a prosecutor and enforcer working for God. Christianity, on the other hand, takes the Jewish texts and turns Satan into a true antagonist, where the prosecutor and enforcer turns into a mafia boss 😎

the responsibility is on us as we gave in to the devil and sin instead being obedient to God. Evil enters the world God sends us His Son as a way out of the evil to be led by Him instead. Jesus is clear go to Him and you will escae the evil of this world and receive His Holy Spirit to guard you and keep you from the evil of this world
