My first trimester was nothing to my second. I thought I was lucky bc in first trimester I only had heartburn and hunger/cravings. 2nd trimester the headaches, vivid dreams, ligament pain, some constipation, and increased hunger! What is happening in there!?

I am 18weeks plus My nausea has reduced at least from 4-5 times a day to only once(usually when i brush) or none for a whole day 🥺i can eat more now thou not all food but its far better now, my energy level has returned more now compared to first trimeter but the leg cramp is starting to set in and the breast tenderness is more now
