I don’t think I’ll ever forget my first time playing Resident Evil Village. There was something about that game that felt completely different from everything else. The atmosphere, the music, the snowy village, the castle and the feeling of not knowing what was waiting around the next corner. I remember slowly exploring everything and just taking in the world instead of rushing through it. Looking back now it feels nostalgic in a way that’s hard to explain. It wasn’t just a game I played, it was a whole experience and a specific moment in my life that I can’t get back. I honestly wish I could erase my memory and play Resident Evil Village for the first time again.
