@wellnesswithchantelle: POV: your PCOS-friendly fakeaway craving just got sorted 🍯✨ Ingredients Chicken * 600g chicken breast or thigh, chopped * 1 cup GF flour * 2 eggs * 1½ cups GF breadcrumbs * 1 tsp garlic powder * 1 tsp onion powder * 1 tsp paprika * Salt + pepper * Oil spray Honey sauce * ⅓ cup honey * 3 tbsp GF tamari * 2 tbsp water * 2 garlic cloves, minced * 1 tsp grated ginger To serve * Basmati rice * Spring onions + sesame seeds (optional) Method 1. Mix GF flour with garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper. 2. Coat chicken in flour, then egg (do this twice), then GF breadcrumbs. 3. Spray lightly with oil and air fry at 200°C for 12–15 mins, flipping halfway. 4. In a pan, simmer honey, tamari, water, garlic, and ginger for 3–5 mins until sticky. 5.
