Hiii I have a question if you don’t mind you look amazing and I saw your video about how you used to go to the gym but just workout at home now and you’ve been able to keep/increase your gym gains I was wondering if you changed your lower(and upper) workouts everytime you train? Like each day of the week you do lower is it the same exercises each week or each day different exercises but same concept?
