Grey rock!! Wet blanket method!! entirely has created a whole new perspective on how to approach. I have been gas lit to reacte many times…. “Even rage woken!” The whole time I’m trying to see a dr about an ear balance problem but my focus was on healing that and getting back to ground 0 again to start training n playing hockey again but…..she managed to actually get me out and now the grey rocking has solidified. Need support
