People act like sunscreen is the only answer while ignoring the bigger picture of health. I think what we eat, how we live, time outdoors, sleep, stress, and overall wellbeing matter way more than most people admit. Humans lived with sunlight forever, and now the conversation sometimes feels way too fear-based instead of balanced. I’m not saying bake in the sun all day, but acting like sunlight is automatically bad while never questioning modern products, lifestyles, or nutrition just feels backwards to me.
