Like menopause—those sudden hot flashes at night where you just wake up burning and can’t cool down no matter what you do. Or night sweats, where you didn’t even do anything, but you still wake up drenched and have to flip the pillow just to find a dry spot. Then there’s that Texas summer heat, where the air itself feels hot and heavy, like you’re just stuck inside an oven. And honestly, nothing is worse than a broken AC… or when it’s “on” but it feels like it’s not even doing anything, just blowing warm air around. Before, nights like that were just something I had to suffer through.
