White Beef Keema Karahi Ingredients Oil – ½ cup Beef mince (hand chopped) – 1 kg Onion – 1 cup Ginger garlic paste – 1 tbsp Coriander powder – 1 tbsp Crushed black pepper – ½ tbsp White pepper – 1 tsp Salt – 1 tsp Cumin powder – ½ tbsp Green chillies – ½ cup Water – 1 1/2 cups Yogurt – 1 cup Cream – 1 cup Method In a pan, add oil and beef mince. Cook until it changes color. Add ginger garlic paste and onion. Cook until the onion becomes soft and translucent. Now add coriander powder, crushed black pepper, white pepper, salt, cumin powder, and green chillies. Cook for 7–8 minutes. Add water, cover, and cook for 20–25 minutes or until the mince is fully cooked and tender. Add yogurt and cook for 10–15 minutes or until the oil separates. Lastly, add cream and mix well. Garnish with chopped coriander and green chillies. Serve hot with naan or roti.
