@nina_angel_lacartier: My saxophone: a female having my medical record destroyed and replacing it with things that never happened. Also, changed the dates around as I woke up from my coma on the 4th of July. I remember specifically because once I woke up they moved me from ICU to another room where I could witness the fireworks. It still has 3:16 all over it (wild that my sister is in the 3:16, also it’s my sons birthday rearranged). But the craziest part is if I was admitted on the 2nd it’s still a 3 day gap as the next exam was on the 5th. This is all nice but the fact I was a foster kid and I was on a visit, the state would have records of transport. There’s paper trails, you know? There’s witnesses that saw me dead. Where’s the documents stating why I had a picc line? What was put into that picc line? Where are the documents from my actual coma? Or th grand maul seizure? What about meeting dead for over three minutes and everything that was done? The double pneumonia was only from my actual death process/event as I inhaled my vomit into my lungs. So that’s great! What about the toxicology report that put me into death…then a coma? The seroquel, the bottle of vodka, the bleach. Things that mixed together make a lethal cocktail? All to get the guy……fucking wild. Not like I don’t NEED that information for continuation of care. Not the disrespect to my parents that had to get me into their vehicle unconscious……. Clearly, my sister in law has the money to sue as well as the right as that’s HER hospital! Then it later had “pharyngitis” on it which never once happened. I haven’t really ever had issues with my throat? Ever……. But it does seem to correlate with the my female grapist/stalker and medical paperwork tampering to insert herself in it, that’s wild. Pretty sure that medical coding and billing will go down the drain once this comes out….. fucking ridiculous. All to get the guy you trash another’s image and testimony as well as getting caught in the triangulation method you love to use oh so much to try to play the victim in everything you do to others. #wild #medical #fyp #foryoupage #lawsuit
