I’ve been kind of conducting my own social experiment as I watch this creator‘s body composition change I’ve been noticing the increase of comments on her body in her posts. I think I just like to point out that it’s OK to be curious but it’s also OK not to voice that curiosity out loud. We don’t know what other people are going through. We don’t know what other people are experiencing in their personal lives or medically. It’s very interesting to me. The proliferation of comments about appearance since her body has changed. Genuinely curious why it matters to people. It’s this weird parasocial relationship thing where we think we know people on the Internet or more troubling, where we think we are entitled to that information. 🤷♀️
