number one need a look amazing number two you got to remember you're not putting fat on your putting muscle weight on that's what a lot of people don't get and don't think of it you're building muscle that whole time so muscles heavy and that's what you're putting on that's the way you're seeing I do believe you can look it up but I'm pretty sure that that's what it is

I understand exactly where you’re coming from because I have body dysmorphia or two, especially after my gastric bypass surgery,especially after losing all the weight that I’ve lost. I look at myself in the mirror and even though I know I’m not fat I see myself as fat.
