I have realised something bro, I am a Manager in charge of 44 people myself. I have found myself at crossroads asking myself this question. would you rather be hated by your team, but have a perfoming team, that hits all kpi's/metrics, or be loved and have an underperfoming team. I have realised people take advantage of Good managers, break rules and become undisciplined, deep embedded withing the human psyche is a need for adversity.
