Sleep paralysis is purely spiritual, you can be fully awake without being able to move your body, you can here people talking and everything and sometimes you even try to speak but unable to. You are not half asleep you are awake but unable to move.

Happens to me almost every night. It really is terrifying. I had to speak to a psychiatrist about this because I thought I was going nuts. It’s true, don’t panic. I’m at peace with it, it’s been happening for years, so to me, this feels normal. To say I don’t fear it would be a lie. But it’s becoming my new norm.

I have it a lot. I can never break it. I hear knocking or scratching sounds, I try not to panic and I have to go back into deep sleep and wake up normal to get out.

Something hugs me everytime I go to sleep, even when I'm wide awake it hugs me. I've gotten used to it. I don't feel paralyzed, it's just heavy like a man is hugging me at night.
